In addition to in-person appointments at our San Antonio office, we are proud to offer telehealth services to individuals located anywhere across the state of Texas.

Specifically, telehealth refers to mental health treatment through an internet live video connection which takes place on a secured video platform. We regularly see clients located in Austin, Houston, and Dallas, as well as other locations throughout the state.

Telehealth appointments allow you to be seen in a space you are most comfortable (such as your couch, your car, or your office), without commuting or waiting in an office, at your own convenience. Studies have found patients benefit from video therapy sessions equally to in-person treatment.
